Brooklyn New York Pizza & Wings

I was born and raised in Brooklyn for 49 years. So I can honestly say that this is NY pizza and the Stromboli’s are delicious. I have been living in AZ for almost 7 years and I never thought I would see the day where I would taste NY pizza again. This is a must try place!!

After three different people recommended this place, we decided to check it out last night. As a rule, I don’t eat anything from a gas station. However, I respected the opinion of the New Yorkers who told me I would not be disappointed. Their sauce, dough, and cheese are top shelf. This tastes exactly like a place I love in Manhattan. The customer service was phenomenal. Even though we live 12 freeway minutes away, we will be back weekly. My kids absolutely loved it as well.

I’ve been wanting a good New York pie for awhile now but the options are pretty limited by me. Venezia’s was usually the go to spot but I don’t feel that they are authentic New York style. I found this spot on Google while looking for pizza around me. This location is in the chevron so I was a bit hesitant to order because I didn’t want gas station pizza. I read all the positive reviews and looked at the photos to make a call to order. Honestly I’m glad I did! They have a full on pizza kitchen inside the store so it’s not just a gas station pizza like QT. I got a basic cheese pie and it was just as I expected it to be and was just like New York. Super happy I found this spot and will be coming back often. Also they have a drive thru which I didn’t utilize but will be super convenient to pick up pizzas.

UPDATE: Went back again today and pizza was even better than the first time! I’ll be a dedicated customer now. :)

This used to be the best pizza place around...closest to real NYP in the valley....but they have since removed the large pizza and now only offer 2 14" pies for a large.
That is great...but a large pie cooks different and more importantly FOLDS differently than a 14" pie.

Just know this going in.
Pizza is still good...but a small slice is NOT NY pizza.

What a great little gem. First time I went there place was an hour from being open. The guy still took are order and made the food anyways just to make sure we were fed. He assured us of the longer wait as the oven was just heating up. Just went there for the second time and tryed the buffalo chicken pizza and it was amazing. Very nice people that work there.
