Fit Body Boot Camp

Love the coaches and family vibe! So much support from everyone who works out here. Definitely made friends for life.

I started at this FBBC just over a year ago. I needed a daily push in my fitness routine, and I wasn’t getting that from other big name fitness facilities. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but I have fallen in love with this place! The members have become a “fitbody” family to me, the trainers have been incredibly supportive with each session, and I’ve had countless opportunities for nutrition consults. Red Mountain FBBC was exactly what I was looking for!

You guys HAVE to check out Red Mountain Fit Body Bootcamp! I started a little over a year ago and with the workouts and nutrition consults I have lost 70 pounds and counting! Anyone can join, young or old, and at any fitness level! I’m 50 with osteoarthritis and I can do it! Can’t do a push-up, they will modify the exercise for you! Can’t do a chin-up, they got you! When I started it was a struggle to get up off the floor, now I’m running and hiking and doing anything I want to try! It’s amazing! Their coaches are incredible and the people you will meet will welcome you in to our Fit Family! You need to try it, you’ll get hooked! Tell them I sent ya 😉

It is hard to put into words what you get out of FBBC. The workouts are awesome and intense! The coaches are great! The people you get to workout with make it that much better. We are all at different levels but we all get a great workout! We encourage each other along the way. You have to experience it to understand!

This is a place for everyone! All levels of fitness can thrive here and become better. Everyone is so positive, friendly, and inclusive which is so important on one’s fitness journey. I would recommend Fit Body 100%. Super fun, challenging and worth it!
