Aspenwood | Mesa, Arizona All-Age Manufactured Home Community

I only come here for the Community Patio Sale, we live in a gated community in a 2 story 3000 home, but have been thinking about selling and getting something smaller.
After reading ALL the comments here, I can say that this is definitely not the place we would even be considering. Management seems to be a common issue. No thanks.
All the resources are the same from them.... Sad, just sad.

We have lived here for 8 years. It's a really nice place to raise a family. I enjoy taking my grandson to our little park when he visits.

Just moved in a couple months ago but so far everything is good. The neighbors are all nice and helpful and the staff was also very good. They just sold the property so hopefully nothing will change. The lot rents are low especially for a all ages park. They are also pet friendly. So far a great place to live.
