  We stayed here for the first time this past weekend. We had an issue with a lost item. This was completely our fault. Carlos and his staff were professional, helpful, empathetic, accommodative, and went above and beyond the call of duty. We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again at every opportunity. Even if our item was not found I would have left the same review. I thoroughly appreciate all the help we received.

  Spent a wonderful night at this hotel. Our room was clean and very quiet. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was limited, but had more than enough choices.
  
  Would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the Raleigh area.

  I had a technician named Mel and she was absolutely incredible helped me feel better and laugh about an awful experience like lice! If I ever get it again this location is first on my list

  When I found out my household had lice I was stressed and freaking out. I went in a Mel took care of us. She was very knowledgeable about lice and their habits. She offered pleasent conversation and assured we would not be back and that we were lice Free. Walking out of there I felt a sense of relief and Mel made my bad day better and kept me happy even while I was freaking out in the chair. Let's just say it was worth going in and just spending the money rather then trying to do it myself.

  The staff here is absolutely amazing!!! Lice is never something you want but I felt so much better after coming in here. So knowledgeable and beyond friendly.

  I was at the end of what to do to get rid of these bugs. I've tried everything and everything. Spending lots of money trying to be done with this. The best thing was finding this company they are a life saver. Anyone who is looking for help I highly recommend them. Thanks again Lice Clinics of America.

  Having no clue how to handle a lice breakout, was researching online about everything needed to get rid of it. Felt a bit overwhelmed and found this company that professionally removes it. The awesome thing is they screen all those living in your home to determine who has it and then they offer a one and done treatment which is amazing! The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful, great experience for a not so great event!
