  Being from New Mexico I am always looking for a location that provides green and red chili. This place definitely hits the spot. Their menu has a large selection to choose from. But I always order the New Mexico style stacked enchilada plate with green and red chili. We absolutely love this place anytime guess come from out of town this is our go to place. They always provide excellent customer service.

  The dishes served up at The Blue Adobe are great! They have a good variety and not just run of the mill items. The service was very good, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. I've eaten here a few yes and the food has always been excellent.

  Being born and raised from the Land of Enchantment, this place really comes close to home. The food tasted fantastic and the restaurant atmosphere was great. I ordered the "Land of Enchantment" and the steak and shrimp was amazing. I would recommend this place to any who comes from N.M and I see myself coming back again.

  I'm from NM, the heart of green and red Chile. And this place always had me a little curious, I even had relatives ask me about it. But now I can confidently say it is really good. I love chile and this is the place that comes close to my fix ❤???? they also have some really good customer service and made sure our drinks were full. Great place, will be coming back. ????

  This is a great restaurant. I love their lobster tamale. All their food is great and the service is great. That mango salsa is hot though. The mango salsa is very good but it will bite you! Get it on the side and dab a little first!
