Outstanding service here at cricket, the cricket associate employee went above and beyond her job to help me, her name is Ailyn I came here to look for a new phone but then I asked her what happened to my old phone why is it got fat she explained it to me that I should not keep the charger on overnight the battery will swell up I said thank you I did not know that but anyway she gave me four choices of phones to get so I went with the moto 5G she helped me set it up and I could not be more happy with it, this young lady Ailyn went above and beyond her job to help me out thank you I really appreciate all your help.
