I can't say enough kind things about the staff . I have anxiety going to appointments but going here I don't feel any at all. They treat you like a human being and I can't specify enough how that means the world to people especially myself. They genuinely care about you and your well being. And I give it 100 stars. I would very highly recommend anyone to DR. Delatte. They are truly healing heros to me.

I was there for no more than 25 minutes, so it felt like I was in and out. The staff is extremely friendly. I do recommend you give them a try, they have locations across the valley.

Very friendly, understanding staff. Mike listens and gets things done. Also Leslie helped to get my MRI going. So I went in for my first procedure on 1/3/2024 for my cervical and omg they know what they are doing. I feel a whole lot better. I went to a different Pain Management before coming here and there I don't think they knew what they were doing. Because they made my pain worse.

All the staff at the Mesa Ellsworth Pain Management Office are great.
I will continue to stay here for further treatments.

I was treated very well and they have helped me a great deal. I would highly recommend this clinic.

When you are given an appointment time, you might want to ask how likely it us that you'll be seen at that time. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told that my appointment time was "approximate" - and that they had no idea when I'd actually be seen, because it was a "procedure day" (Friday). I wasn't told this when the appointment was made, so I had other plans and people waiting for me. A little frustrating. That said, the doctor did see me soon after that, and he was personable, thorough, and quick. For that, 4 stars.
