  I had a wonderful experience shopping at rooms to go. The furniture piece I picked felt good quality at a very nice price. The thing that stood out though was Jeff Moses, he was super low pressure, not at all a vulture like other furniture competitors I visited earlier that day. He was always checking on us without making us feel pressured or watched. He was knowledgeable when I asked for accent piece suggestions, and offered us a great solution to help protect our wood floors from scratches. He thoroughly explained the "fine print" as we made our purchase. He also volunteered to stay on top of delivery dates to see if we could get our furniture any sooner. And as a new parent with a 5 month old baby with me, I became very nervous when a customer came in close contact without a mask, I very much appreciated how he politely asked them to please put their mask on. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be asking for Jeff.

  Just purchased the Laney park sectional and had Venice help us out, he did a more than outstanding job helping get the couch I wanted! He went over every piece of the furniture and everything question that I could have had! Excellent customer service one of your best people!

  We walked into Rooms to Go this afternoon just on a recon mission. Not looking to buy at all. That is until we struck up a conversation with Gabriel Fernandez. He was so knowledgeable on all the products and was so honest I actually asked him “don’t you want to sell something “ he said their products sold themselves, he just wanted us to be informed before diving into such a large purchase. We were so impressed with his ethics, honesty and personality we walked out of there happy with new furniture! We will be back to deal with Gabriel in February when our oldest moves into her new apartment!!!

  Had the best buying experience. The sales representative Jeff was very helpful. He was kind enough to answer all questions. Jeff also helped us make the right selection and was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. Appreciate all your team members' efforts/hard work/customer service during these challenging times. Great product collection and excellent customer service!

  This one was amazing!!! So modern and the food wasn't burnt nor overpriced!!! Manager is kind and kindly let us know what food was for breakfast and which we could order now!!! Definitely going back!!!

  Met Ronald today. He definitely is a clown that never stops smiling. He told me about his divorce, so I helped him with his online dating profile. Glad to have met this Clown !

  This place just got a large interior renovation, it looks pretty nice now and updated, but the play place suffered for this. It's been pretty much removed and in it's place is a tower like gym that seems more suited for larger kids, I don't feel like it's tiny tot friendly.

  Stopped for a cup of hot $1 medium coffee. Was delicious especially since they put creamer & sugar in for u. Cashier was very nice. Would visit again.
