  My wife and I received 4 or so quotes to have our roof redone. We had some quotes off the charts high and some low enough that we questioned. With Express Roofing, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, we felt good with the price of the bid as it came with education of the materials that they use and how they back their products and why. Another benefit was the warranty that they included in the work. This displayed how confident that they were in their craftsmanship.

  Absolutely suburb service. They gave us details about what needed to be done in lay man's terms. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and professional. End product-perfect. Would recommend Express Roofing to anyone with no reserve.

  Express roofing did a wonderful job. Jeremy came out and gave us a quote and explained the process to us. They came and replaced our roof with top quality materials, replaced all vents and went above and beyond to be sure we were happy. When they were finished they cleaned the yard to be sure no debris was left behind. We would highly recommend Express Roofing to everyone. Thank you Express Roofing

  It was a difficult process finding a roofing company that we felt we could trust and feel comfortable working with to replace our roof. We decided to go with Express Roofing after being referred to them by another company, their five star reviews and after several conversations with Jeremy. We were provided with a full and accurate quote with no hidden costs. We appreciate that they replaced everything that they said they would and did not add on any additional costs after the fact. They use superior quality materials and provide a better warranty than the other companies we received quotes from. Rene took the time to go over the different steps of the project with us in person, via photos and video and we learned a lot in the process. Rene and his crew did a great job and they were very professional. Jenna was also very helpful. We are very happy we chose the Express Roofing family business. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

  We recently had our roofing replaced and can tell you that we new nothing about the process before starting. I will also tell you a lot of the sales people in this market/industry also knew that as well. Express Roofing stood out from the rest and were 100% educational and friendly in the process as well. They were really detailed allowing us time to at least do a little research only to find out how bad their competition was either uneducated or just trying to pull a fast one. To give an example we had a quote for over $10,000...in the contract it stated they would remove the roofing tiles check the underlayment (20yrs old...) and only replace the portions they thought would need replaced. WOW. To top it off another company would only offer a 1 year warranty and a "trust me, call with any issues I will have it fixed past 1 year." Read your contracts people. Unfortunately a lot of our neighbors went with this company and others we spoke to vs going with Express Roofing.
  
  Now on to their job...Express Roofing was 100% professional all the time. Clean as they could be with the house and property and always forward with information. I think our job took just under a week (compared to same house down the street...2.5weeks). There is a HUGE difference in their finishing work as well which I would have never thought about. You can literally look at the nicely and unique way they stacked our tiles back on where as the neighbors has exposed flashing and really sloppy work. I am not one to write long reviews but if you are in Phoenix/Scottsdale and don't check Express Roofing Out and made a stressful job mindless for us. We had a couple neighbors select Express Roofing post our completion as the side by side comparison is night and day. Oh and the warranty is best in class hands down. My highest reviews for this company give them a chance your investment will thank you. Thank you so much!
