Crumbl Cookies - Mesa Grand

Delicious huge warm chewy cookies! There have been a few that may have been left in the oven a bit to long as they were dry. But for the most part they are a delightful treat! Hoping the store close to us starts to carry the ice cream it looks scrumptious!

I used to be a shift lead at another Crumbl location for a year. It is part of the Crumbl experience to have the box of cookies presented to the costumer for a variety of reasons and I saw one employee present to another costumer, however, mine was not. I understand in times of urgency, this step gets glossed over but I could tell the store was not in the midst of a rush. There were additional bits and pieces that did not follow corporates wishes and visions for Crumbl that seem small but need to be followed. A regular costumer will enjoy the cookies as well as this location, however, for someone who knows how the store should run and flow, I was disappointed.

This is by far my favorite treat spot! When you first walk in you almost don't believe that the cookies are made in that store because it is so incredibly clean! but shortly after my nose catches up and the wonderful smell of fresh baked cookies takes over! Great staff even better cookies! Repeat customer for life!

My daughter told me about these cookies and I am so glad she did. I have never had a bad cookie from Crumbl. So far my favorite cookies from Crumbl are ( Oreo cookie , raspberry cheesecake , red velvet cake and I think it was a brownie something) if you haven’t had the chance to try Crumbl you are missing out. The staff are very nice and friendly they do not rush you when deciding what cookies you want. Crumbl cookies are kinda like chips you can’t just have 1. The staff are just so kind and that makes the ordering process so easy.
