Super friendly and professional staff.
Extremely prompt, and knowledgeable.
Had 8am appt. Completed paperwork and in front of Dr at 7:55.
Definitely recommend Desert Pain Institute!

So sad to hear such negative reviews. We must be very fortunate. The staff is all very knowledgeable, professional and pleasing to work with. Dr. Herstwicker (sp?) knows what he is doing and is a good listener. My Mother is 82 with old back and knee injuries that are causing her pain. She visits here once a year for her maintenance at DPI and goes home feeling better. She is also aware that due to the old injury and her age, she is not going to be completely healed or pain free but what they do do for her helps manage. There is wait time so we just go in knowing we will have our turn and will not be rushed when we get in. Thank you DPI for helping my Mom live her best life possible.

The office staff was good to me. The doctor was amazing. He fixed what was wrong and now feel fine
