    Not sure why the hotel has such a poor rating. Brand new, spacious room, awesome shower. Clean, big tv, great staff. We got put up here after our flight was cancelled and I’m glad we did.

    This hotel is brand new, beautiful and so clean! We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a perfect stay before an early morning flight. All of the staff that we interacted with were super kind and helpful!

    Wonderful. Thank you! Hannah. Front desk and manager are both great. Brand new and Modern! Room are clean. We stay at king suits, feel better than a lot of HYATT cat5 Hotels. And been a member, I feel nicely treated. Definitely meet HYATT standard!

    Not sure what everyone is complaining about - this is a very nice, brand new hotel. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly, and everything worked as it was supposed to. The restaurant seemed unimpressive to me, although we didn't eat there, but the 24-hour "market" attached to the lobby had enough healthy options that we were able to put together a reasonable meal. I stay at lots of Hyatts, and I definitely preferred this one to many of the generic Hyatt Places usually situated near airports. We booked this stay under my wife's account to use a free night certificate, but next time we'll use mine and check out the Regency Club as well. Thanks!

    Beautiful views, solid selection of food and great staff. The pork chop and noodle pasta was so delicious! Highly recommend.

    A beautiful restaurant with great views and terrific service and food. We were a group of 8 and all of us enjoyed it very much!

    This place is beautiful! A perfect place to eat with your friends, your family or your date. Food is really good and tasty, good service and amazing views.
    It's also accessible for people with disabilities

    So we went here about 3 years ago and it was pretty good. It had a clubhouse feel to it. We went back tonight for dinner and were blown away with the interior decor changes as well as the food! Josh was our server and was absolutely spot on with his recommendations and attentiveness. The food was wayyy better, we think they have a new chef. We will definitely add this into date night rotation.

    Great views at sunset. Service was really good. My only reason for 4 stars is that the food is just ok. We ordered some prime ribs and they were very fatty and tough. Most of the other entrees we ordered were very over salted. If I went again it would just be for a drink on the patio at sunset.
