  I’ve lived in both a one and two bedroom apartment here at The Preserve. The apartments have been amazing and each had their own unique layout. The front office staff is wonderful and so is the maintenance staff. Everyone here makes it feel like home and I’ll continue to be a resident for the foreseeable future.

  This residence is AMAZING! Not only is the property beautiful and well kept, the front office customer service and maintenance resolution is impressive. Besides the wonderful pool, the brand-new onsite gym, and the dog parks (with a puppy pamper room for bathing), the intangibles amenities are just as remarkable. Not only does the office take care of residence issues/questions, but they also plan fun and awesome social activities that residents can enjoy. The Bagel Brunch was delicious, the Flower Bar was remarkable, wherein residents could make their own custom bouquet for Valentine's Day, regretfully I missed Taco Tuesday, but the point is there is always something planned for residents. Believe the property experience has just as much to do with the resident’s level of participation. Residents are responsible for the pleasure of these events and property amenities as much as they are willing to contribute and join.
  
  Final words, you can live anywhere, tons of apartments around here, but if you are looking for a great tenant experience surrounded by gorgeous property elements and having all your issues resolved by the attentive front office and maintenance, this is a highly desirable property.

  This complex is the BEST complex!! Love the green walkway. It is so nice to take a walk in. The rooms are very spacious. Love the extra amenities and the fact that they have washers and dryers in the apartments so you don't have to buy one. The ladies at the front office are so sweet and kind. Love that the guests don't have to register to park. I highly recommend this complex to anyone that's looking!

  This complex is so beautiful! The staff is very professional and go above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for a place to stay, visit this community. They provide monthly events to meet your neighbors & serve the community! I love the fact that you don’t have to register your vehicle for parking like other complexes. You just have to park on visitor parking! Thank you Preserve apartment’s 🙂

  Great place to stay. Beautiful environment. As far is the horrible reviews for parking. If you park in the assigned parking area for visitors you wouldn’t have a problem with towing. If you going to talk bad about apartment community please be honest on why your vehicle was towed. For the apartment staff thanks for doing a great job you guys are amazing. Thanks

  I have been getting my hair done by Dawn for years now! She is now at Just Heads in salon and spa... She is amazing at what she does. Stop by and make your appointment with her! Dawn is the girl for all your hair needs.

  Dawn is super nice ! I love the way she treated me and my hair (: I highly recommend her and her son . They are both really nice and will leave your hair feeling fantastic! I have gone to their previous salon and they always have done a great job ! Will be going back ❤️

  Rhonda and her crew are absolutely AMAZING!!!! We’ve driven out to Just Teazzin several times from north Phoenix for pedis and manis as a girls day and we always have THE BEST experience!! Everyone is so nice and fun to chat with, the place is spotless and the service is so high quality! You will NOT be disappointed here!! Thank you to the Just Teazzin Crew for all you do and always being so welcoming!

  I have utilized the services of Just Teazzin always with excellent derive and professionalism. I personally know the owner and know that she was devastated when she was forced to close due to the pandemic. Rhonda has done everything, plus extra, to ensure all CDC guidelines are adhered to, keeping the salon spotless. Great group that treats each other and their client's, like family.

  Just Teazzin Hair And Nail Salon and Day Spa is amazing. I have known, Rhonda, the owner for many years. She is an amazing person. She will do everything she can to accommodate you. Everyone that works there are very professional and friendly. Rhonda has been doing my nails and pedicures for years. She does a fantastic job. I take my teenage son there for haircuts. He really likes the way Maria cuts his hair. I took my granddaughter there for a spa day for her birthday. Pat did a great job on her nails. Everyone went out of their way to make this a great experience for her. I would highly recommend Just Teazzin.
