  This is great knife, very good warranty and great service. I have an issue with one of the knife, I did contact the warranty department. I send it with return label and they take care of my issue and fix it and It look like new now. Very nice quality product. Thanks.

  Customer service was beyond amazing. First time in and they took care of me like a lifetime customer. Repaired a knife that was a gift and I ended up buying one while I was there, freely on my own, no pressure-in fact they didnt even ask, I saw a clearance rack :) Fixed areas that weren't even the part that was broken. Amazing and friendly, will definitely be back!

  Just ordered my 2nd knife from RavenCrest Tactical. This 2nd time I did the build your own knife and a couple days after I ordered it I received a phone call about one of the color options I chose was no longer available or in stock so I chose a different color. When I got my order I was surprised to find 3 knives!!! The tan one is the one I ordered. I couldn't be more happy with their customer service and can't say enough good things about RavenCrest Tactical!!!

  RavenCrest Tactical has such an amazing variety of knives for nearly every situation. Be it tactical, combat, construction, or just day-to-day cutting needs, this place has what you need.
  
  I went in today asking a few questions about some knives I currently own, and was floored by the level of expertise, professionalism, and overall quality customer service this place offers. I wasn't expecting to buy anything, but left with a brand new knife.
  
  Highly recommend this place for any of your bladed needs.
