Kristina is a powerful teacher. She is always asking hard questions, like ‘Why are you HERE?’. Which is challenging in the best way, because she makes you think about your why - your intention and purpose, your goals and also what may be holding you back. I think a big focus of her teaching is increasing your mobility, and taking that with you into your daily life; which allows you to live a fuller, healthier, and more comfortable life by focusing on proper alignment and breathing techniques. I can’t tell you how amazing I feel after a class when my body is in tune and aligned. My posture has improved and my pain has decreased. She has also run private classes for my family, and my kids are in love. She tailored a class to their skill level, made yoga super fun, and best of all - Kristina interested my children such that they are practicing on their own regularly! I am so eternally grateful for the opportunity to practice here on the island with Kristina and her fabulous tribe of yogini’s!! And PS - try a sound bath, they are AMAZING!!!

Without a doubt, this yoga class has been the best I've ever been enrolled in. For one thing, Kristina has vast knowledge of what works for different body types and skill levels. She's a great mixture of gentle and fierce in her teaching approaches. She will push you but never in a competitive or punitive way. She really wants you to have fun in her class and...you will. Her Reiki sessions are extremely helpful when working on centering yourself and seeking more calm in our lives. She is a very gifted teacher and guide - I'm so very glad I found her!

Kristina's yoga approach is alignment; proper alignment of your body when praticing yoga. In each session she provides modifications so that beginner to advanced students get the best out of each practice. She is hands on with each individual offering constant encouragement ensuring their growth while providng a fun experience. If your not smiling and laughing while doing yoga, you're not in Kristina's class.
