(February 15, 2020, 1:52 am)I liked Keith from the very first time I met him. And when I had some concerns with specific pests he personally came out to look into the situation. Then he gave me some great information about a home that had no carpeting. When we bought our house nothing got put away until his tech had sprayed the whole house. A couple of changes would be good though. First, I'd like to have the same tech each time so that person could learn what areas I want done each month. That would be more personal. I think it's great that they send a text to remind me that they are coming but I get it just the day before they come and after their office has closed which makes it hard to call and cancel if I need to. 2 or 3 days would be better.

(February 13, 2020, 10:40 am)I have been with Iron Mantis for almost 4 years now and have had exceptional service. The techs are always very friendly and address any concerns that I may have. I have called in the past to the office with questions and have always got an immediate response. I know there’s many companies out there but to stick with 1 for almost 4 years, says a lot. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work!

(February 10, 2020, 6:42 pm)I had Iron Mantis come out and do a termite inspection. While it's never good news to find any - I am glad they were thorough enough to find them. Scheduling was easy. Our Tech, Brandon, did a great job, was professional, and efficient. Very impressed and would use them again in a heart beat!

(February 10, 2020, 6:24 pm)They communicate well and let me know when they are coming and if that doesn't work they change their schedule. They offer other services that I ended up needing that were a fraction of the cost of the others we were looking at. All of my dealings with them have been a pleasant experience. I am a a General Contractor and their level of customer service stands out compared to their competitors. I highly recommend them. Plus I have no bugs and all of my neighbors have scorpions!!!!
