We've been very happy with our experience using Matrix. Our reps, Jeanette and Danielle, are very helpful and professional. They're great about catching things we might have otherwise missed, and keeping us on track. We're a small practice, so it's great to have someone to take the billing off of our hands. I own a small Physical therapy company in Southbury, Connecticut. My wife, who did all the billings and collections, went back to work to secure medical benefits for our family of 5.
