  I am a rewards customer for Best Western and I travel extensively. This hotel was Great. The staff was friendly and housekeeping stopped by my room to make sure everything was OK with my room (how thoughtful). It's the little things that separate the good from the Great!
  
  Breakfast was on point! Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and a myriad of other items.
  
  The only con was: the night stand was really scratched up but everything was great.

  Lovely milk chocolate checked me in and good thing I kept my shades 😎 on so she wouldn't become nervous from my staring 😜, she was beautiful and if I were single of course I would have been all over 😊 I believe she has a husband too I think he and their children showed up they make a good couple. Well anyway me, my wife and two teenagers were made comfortable by her. Thank you young lady 😘

  Everything was pretty good. Just a couple minor things were off. We had conditioner and lotion in our bathroom but no shampoo. This is the second Best Western location this happened at. Everything was nice and clean except the old sliding bathroom door. It was really chipped and worn out on the bottom and very dirty looking. But overall, everything was great.

  The rooms were clean, nice, new and even the art on the wall was really great. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were soft and new (not your typical foam hotel blanket). Breakfast was great! We come to Phoenix often and will be staying here more.

  This is a very nice hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate, the staff very pleasant and had a very nice assortment of food for breakfast. Definitely stay here affinity when in area
