Had the part I needed. Friendly people and a local business. The price was less than online.

I needed a part for my dishwasher and confirmed that this shop had it. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a number of ideas to troubleshoot before trying the part. He educated me on some basic diagnostic tips. Turns out, I didn't need to replace the part. This company is very customer-centered and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!!

There aren't many appliance parts shops left but this one is a gem. I bought replacement parts for a washer from Amazon and when they eventually showed up, the kit was missing parts. I ran down to this place and the knowledgeable staff got me the right parts at a better price. I'd recommend these folks to anyone.

Had to replace an evap motor in my fridge, they shipped it in from another store. The price was good and the service great.
