I've been a customer for MANY years, & have had several family pieces resilvered & repaired. I've also had free advice on what to do about questionable pieces, & have full trust in that advice. My hope is Zapffe will be here for as long as I am using my silver, and finding family treasures needing professional help!
We find the owner Blix Thompson to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He has done a few restoration projects for us on family pieces, and they came back looking brand new. We were thrilled! We will continue to visit Zapffe Silverplating just to look at the beautiful silver, and buy some pieces, too!
