House keeping is once in 7 days, that is a nightmare.

On the bright side, the hotel enviro, rooms, restrooms all clean. Hotel is worth the fee. Rooms have thin walls tho. But i absolutely enjoyed my 3 days stay.

Nadia and Andrea made our stay there this weekend amazing. I left one of my AirPods in the room and they went out of there way to go and find it for me!! 5 stars to the entire staff for making our stay amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

So, I normally stay at Residence Inn for the Suite style rooms at an reasonable price. This Residence Inn meets that need and goes the extra mile. It has the feel and look of a much more expensive hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Clean rooms. Decent location near the airport, a little weird to get in and out of the parking lot, but after a few come and goes you get used to it. Well worth the stay.

First of all, I'm James J Gillett Noreen's husband and we LOVE OUR HOME in a beautiful setting, well taken care of and well priced. I'M VERY SURE THIS IS OUR LAST HOME PURCHASE IN OUR LIFE TIME. Management takes very well care of the property what more can I say. We love Las Palmas Grand.

I just was driving through to purchased a couch. I could tell it was a nice place to live. Clean streets, large clubhouse, well maintained properties.

I was out in this beautiful gated retirement community to see my Client about her leaking roof. Was able to help her solve her problem. The landscaping in this community is impeccable. Well done. I would live here for sure HA!

We visited Las Palmas Grand in August 2011. We came back in July 2018 looking for a retirement home. We looked at 15 different communities. Las Palmas Grand was the best by far. The community looks just as good as it did in 2011. The property is well maintained. They follow the rules that everyone acknowledges when they move in here by their own signature. It is everything we wanted and more. The residents are very friendly and helpful. The activities are great, in fact there are so many I had to start limiting what I was getting involved in. The community potluck dinners are fun and give you the opportunity to meet and socialize with a lot of people from all over the USA. They also have potluck dinners for people from specific areas, like we go to the one for people from East of the Mississippi. Line dancing classes, water aerobic classes, different crafts, billiards...all for free. We also have found the office staff to be helpful and pleasant. We are super happy we made the decision to move to Las Palmas Grand. No complaints here.
