  I used to work at a couple Carl's Jr restaurant and I know exactly how the food and service should be. I've been here about 5 times. The service is extraordinary. The cashiers are so polite and very attentive to what you need. They make sure to clean up and take care of the floors. My burger was always fresh and delicious. I haven't order any fried items. So, I have no idea if they keep the same standard when it comes to fries.

  Manager reached out to me and apologized for the order. They replaced it and made the meal again. Great customer service.Thanks

  I went through this drive through once. I think it may have been this one and said a joke to the lady working at it. She thought is was very funny. I really felt like it was kind of an ego boost for me. I was like WOW I CAN BE FUNNY... I MUST BE A VERY VERY SPECIAL PERSON.

  Stopped by today around 7pm and there were a few cars ahead of me, they were a little busy. The older gal at the window seemed a little stressed but she remained professional and friendly! She apologized for the long wait which was no problem at all. She seemed sincere which is a rarity in customer service nowadays. This employee deserves some recognition!
