Blind and Shutter Spot

Shutters are beautiful. Edward was efficient and professional at all times. I'm very happy with the product. However, it would have been nice to have some communication update during the long delay from date of order and drelivery.

We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Blind & Shutter Spot was thorough and patient through the entire selection process, answering all our questions to pick the perfect shades for our great room. Installation was incredible - ahead of schedule, fast, efficient, and clean. He even took the time to help set up Powerview and gave a thorough tutorial! Will definitely use them when it’s time to do the rest of our windows.

We came in contact with Blind and Shutter Spot as we replaced our windows through Renewal by Andersen. Edward was there to remove our existing blinds and was to reinstall once the windows were replaced. As things worked out, due to the difference in old window pane thickness versus new, we needed to replace many of our blinds. Edward helped us choose replacements right on the spot and ordered them for us. Upon receipt of the new blinds, we were notified immediately and set up for an install appointment. Edward, accompanied by Jules, came to install. They arrived as we were told they would and completed the install in short order. I really appreciated working with this group and highly recommend them to anyone needing window treatments for their homes.

Edward did a great job installing our new shutters. He was meticulous making sure the fit was perfect. It was done quickly and professionally.
