Your receptionists are always friendly and greet us with a smiling attitude and pleasant greeting. The back office staff are also professional and are great at putting me at ease. I have never had anything but admiration for all the staff. Thank you for making my experience there so relaxing.

(September 10, 2020, 9:49 pm)Las Sendas staff are exceptionally professional and nice. I'd been searching for a new dental practice to frequent and located Las Sendas quite close to my home. To be quite honest, the sole reason I did not rate them 5 stars is that I was expecting a cleaning on my first visit as that is why I had made my appointment. No one informed me that the first visit is solely an 1.5 hour evaluation and consultation which thusly requires a second visit for actual cleaning. I've never experienced that process with prior offices and I'm a super busy person. Once I got over my initial disappointment, I decided to follow through with a subsequent cleaning. It went well and once again staff were both thorough and highly professional. And they SMILE alot! Always a plus.

(September 2, 2020, 3:59 pm)I brought my kids (ages 5 and 3) and they pulled out a couple little camping chairs and had them sit outside the room. They gave them coloring pages and small toys to play with. They were very patient with my kids and didn’t seem bothered by them making noises in the hallway. I very much appreciated their kindness towards them.
My visit was very good. I went in to establish a dentist for my family but also to get my teeth checked (it had been at least 2 1/2 years since I had been to a dentist, if not longer). They explained things very easy for me and were very gentle. Very professional and patient. I definitely recommend them!
