My husband and I own a business and have quite a bit of insurance with other companies but I will not move our personal business. Dale and his staff has been 100% responsive with anything I have ever needed. They are proactive so I receive a call from them every time something has happened even before I called them!

I have received prompt service, in home visits to go over our insurance needs and always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone when I need to call into the office for any reason. My questions are answered professionally and in a timely manner. I feel that Dale and his team are so personable, even going so far as to know me on a first name basis! No need to clarify EVER!
