  My last visit to Wells Fargo branch located at 1333 S. Alma School Rd in Mesa my was above my expectation. I was greeted immediately upon entering the bank and then within 1 minute Brandi Murphy assisted me with my banking needs. Very customer friendly and helpful.

  I went in to ask a couple questions and open a business checking account. The original banker wasn't sure on the best way to help me, so instead on wasting my time or messing my accounts up, was honest and said she wasn't the best person to help and went and got Sr. Business Banking Specialist Nancy Wollf.
  
  I was so impressed that she spent so much time helping me, not only with my account, but helping me figure out how to go through the state to get the exact type of account I wanted. I even got help and estimates for how to grow in the future.
  
  Nancy didn't rush me, explained everything, and was such a pleasure to talk to that the experience was actually enjoyable!
  
  From the get go, Nancy knew I wasn't going to be a big customer and would not be bringing in a lot of money (it was an account for a small non-profit in the making), so wouldn't be a great benefit to the bank. And it didn't effect the quality of service one bit! I was treated as though I was the most important customer there. To have a bank, of all places, value a customer more than money is just amazing!
  
  I cannot recommend this branch, or therefore Wells Fargo, enough.
