Alma School Pawn and Gold

Hello I came in today sad i had to pawn my switch game console, but the bright smile on the cashier’s face I believe her name was minervia, she was really sweet and very helpful and clear about the process! I have been in a couple times but this time was definitely the best experience I’ve had there! I can tell shes a very patient person the customer in font of me was being a little hard headed she definitely impressed me by keeping her cool because ive worked in customer service before and that wouldve even taken me out!

Great customer service! I came in on a busy day and Minerva took care in seconds! I love how flexible they are with pricing! I also got a really good TV for $150 bucks!!
