Felix was super helpful and even gave me other resources that could be considered his competitors just so I had all my options. I ended up getting new rims but I'm going to have him paint these and have backups.. He described his process well and provided a fair quote.

You can purchase new and used tires here as well so it helps the varieties of everyday budgets. Also you can purchase rims and if you need your brakes done, that as well.
