  Everyone was VERY welcoming and helpful and I never felt pressured to buy anything (I was the one to bring it up)!! I was hurting and I truly appreciate their respectfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this office!

  I absolutely love this place. Been coming almost 2 years now. The prices are great and the people are even more amazing. The girls at the front desk almost all know me and call me by name and ask about my life. So friendly! I've gone through at least half the staff and they are all amazing in their own way. I feel like a new person when I come out. I recommend 90 minutes because they can get more done. Oh! And hot stones. I melt. Amazing.

  I’ve been to more places for massages than I can remember but found a therapist I love here and have been going for nearly two years now. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and it’s not high pressure to up sell to you. Love it.

  All the massage therapists I've had work on me at Elements Massage South Mesa have been terrific! I have multiple structural and muscular issues and problem areas (which can cause me a lot of pain if I don't address them) and I KNOW that I can get total relief and therapy from the wonderful massage therapists there at Elements So Mesa - even if I don't have time to schedule ahead and just have to "pop-in" and get a massage from whichever therapist is on duty! I would like to recognize two (2) of the massage therapists there who are AWESOME at trigger point and deep tissue massage (many therapists don't have the techniques to go deep enough so it's not really "their thing"). Aldrin and Pedro really make deep tissue and trigger point massage "their thing", thankfully !!! I have had my sciatica and cervical pain completely go away after a 90-120 min massage with these guys - and I'm back to work and my busy life feeling GREAT! I am VERY grateful and blessed to find these guys, Thank You !

  I love my visits here. It's like I can take the weight of the world on my shoulders and leave it there. Kacy and Nicole are amazing wonderful souls! I appreciate them so so much! The staff are friendly and kind.
  Clean environment, wonderful customer service. A positive and calming environment to truly reset. It doesn't have the "posh, too good for you" feeling like some other the other big chains do. They make everyone feel comfortable, call you by name and are truly engaged into conversation with you while you wait and make sure that your time there is relaxed and peaceful.
