  Johnson Roofing crew arrived promptly every day ready to start work. We were impressed with their work ethic, politeness, knowledge, and the way they cleaned up the site at the end of each day. A previous job caused a slight delay in the starting date, but once begun, the work proceeded efficiently and without delay. A few boards needed replacing, which added to the initial estimate, however the detailed quote was reassuring and appreciated immensely. Kameron made himself available to answer questions every day, was open to suggestions, and was very thorough in explaining options (with pictures). He went above and beyond coordinating with the solar panel company, and happily finishing up fine details to complete the job. We have a top-notch roof from a top-notch company. They earned our recommendation.

  I received a few quotes and talked to a couple companies about replacing my roof. Dealing with Tyler and his team was a night and day experience. Always responsive, pricing was good and quality was excellent. The crews were very quick and clean. My roof was torn off and replaced in a single day. I would recommend Johnson roofing to everyone! It’s hard to find good reliable contractors who do what they say and I’m happy I found this one!

  Johnson roofing replaced my tile roof and did a high quality job. Both the supervisors and their crew were very professional and very efficient in doing the work quickly and with high quality.
  I was impressed with the detailed itemized inspection and quote and they paid attention to my needs and offered options to consider. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the work team. There was never any high pressure sales and they did it for a fair price and left a clean yard, even cleaning out my pool. I would highly recommend Johnson Roofing

  Overall I was very happy with my experience. The roof repair crew did very high quality work and the price was fair.
  
  During the initial inspection, quotation, and scheduling I was impressed with their timeliness and responsiveness.
  
  My only complaint boils down to a lack of communication while the work was on-going.
  
  The repair job ended up taking much longer than originally estimated due to a late material delivery and the need for some additional unforeseen repairs. I was prepared for potential delays as can happen with any large project, but I was a bit disappointed that I was not informed about the late delivery until the day work had to stop for lack of material.
  
  On three separate occasions I was given the impression that the work would be completed that day when it was not, and it was left to me to contact the company to find out why and what the new estimate for completion was. In two of those cases, my contact wasn't even aware of the delay. I would have appreciated the admin of the company staying in closer communication with their work crew and being proactive in their communication to me about the job status.
  
  Overall, I am very happy with the work, which when it comes to a roof is the most important part in my opinion. I do think there was some room for improvement with regards to communication, but even so, I would recommend them to a friend.

  Very happy with their customer service! We needed a roofing estimate really fast and they came out the next day. Paul even called to see if he could come early which was awesome. Quality job and great communication.
