  I've enjoyed my stay here thus far as Dawn has made the process extremely smooth. No complaints, it's a friendly area and everything was clean upon move in. I highly recommend this apartment complex :)

  The experience I had with Dawn was nothing short of amazing. She is very sweet and inviting and helped me get into an apartment with no issues. She followed up during the process and after to make sure I had everything I needed and the apartment was serviced properly. I recommend this complex with the assistance of Ms. Dawn to future residents!

  My time at Del Coronado was satisfactory. I didn't like how there's only one entrance & exit for the property but oh well. Overall, my interactions with management & office staff were pleasant. I had a few inconveniences however they were situated professionally. Dawn was understanding & helpful.

  This was my first time moving in to an appartment with out my family so I was very unfamiliar with the whole process. Saying that dawn make every thing easy and simple to understand and explained everything. I highly recommend this complex as since we moved in we have felt very at home with our community around us. The apartments are spacious even with having a one bedroom plenty of room for all live styles. Me and my girlfriend love this complex and everyone involved.

  The process of moving in was made super simple. Dawn helped explain the process and answered any questions we had before we could even ask. We are very happy to call Del Coronado our home.
