  Went to Andrew Henry for help with a major life decision, just to help me get out of my own way to explore what the best decision might be. Andrew is SUPER INTUITIVE and VERY helpful with his insights. He has an inviting, non-judgemental way of responding to what he hears you saying (active listening). I also am a life coach and help others in a similar way, but have confusion about seeing my OWN life at times. Andrew Henry exceeded my expectations. I left his office smiling and feeling much more clear and remotivated about future plans.

  I went to Mr. Henry with a nagging pain in my shoulders, especially in my right one. I thought that maybe I had slept on it funny, but it seemed like most days I was trying to compensate for this stiffness and rigidity in my shoulder and neck. Andrew asked several questions about the nature of the pain and then used a therapy he called "Neuroemotional Technique," which involved accessing some memories while making certain movements with my arm and assuming certain poses with my hand and head. It is just plain amazing to me how my pain went away and hasn't come back, and that was more than three years ago. My improved flexibility has helped me concentrate better and perform better in my workouts and playing soccer, which is important to me, as I'm 57 and need all the exercise I can get! Mr. Henry knows multiple strategies to help with pain, sleep, concentration and performance. I am indebted to him for his help.
