I had a free consultation with the law firm last week for a potential criminal case. I was being told detectives were looking to question me about some issues. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. Wendy, whom I spoke with at first stayed in touch with me and helped me find a time and reminded me of the day of my consultation. The attorney was friendly, warm and not what I was expecting to experience from a lawyer. The lawyer told me what to do but not to hire anyone at this point. I appreciated his honesty and approachability. Should things escalate I will be hiring them.
I used this law firm from out of state to deal with .. we will just call it a family crisis. I called late on a weekday (about 9:30pm their time). A woman answered the phone and was extremely polite and caring. She took down a lot of info and details pretty quick and later connected me to Dana who just went above and beyond with his communication and explaining everything to me.
I really liked that he had a plan in place and explained that plan before even getting to the money (they worked with us, too. Very honest and up front). Once we were in direct communication with Ann, she got the plan in motion on a much needed time crunch. Everyone on the team is truly amazing. They run one tight, well oiled machine and every step of the process was organized and very time efficient, as a business owner I really appreciated it.
Dana (my lawyer) was just truly unreal, complete pro and his office even followed up after the fact to check in on my family. Any time I called they answered and I really appreciate how structured and organized they are. It made life really easy on our end. Thanks so much again from Seattle!
