(November 13, 2021, 1:33 pm)I went through the park , they were having a community sale. The people were all so very nice. My husband works for a mobile home park, maintenance, and he was impressed. I would live to be able to live in a community like yours, they also said lot rent was reasonable, and as seniors we need that. Enjoyed driving thru
(October 19, 2021, 10:12 am)My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place.
The lot rent is $500 per month.
Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time.
Overall a nice little place for 55+
