Highly recommend Bright Horizons at Seven Oak.

People - teachers and staff friendly. Director has a genuine interest in knowing your family and ensuring needs are met. Children learn so much, and are happy when leaving in care.

Communication - excellent. Monthly - newsletter; weekly - menu (meals/snacks provided after child is approx. a year old); daily - app providing pictures and updates. When your child is an infant, this is most critical!

Safety/security - every parent has unique code to enter door. Parents answer screening questions on app and child/parent temperature checked each day since pandemic, ensuring extra level of safety as far as a healthy environment. Health & Safety Director on-site. They also send reminders when your immunizations are a month from expiration, sunscreen approaching exportation, etc. During potential Hurricane, we were even passed out emergency contact info.

Location - like that it’s not in a crazy busy or highly congested traffic area, unlike other daycares in community. Near Seven Oaks/mostly residential and smaller office building area. The main playground is surrounded by classrooms, so there’s always eyes, outside of the teachers, to ensure safety.

Our 6 month old baby girl has been going here since she turned 3 months and we couldn’t be happier. They are outstanding. The care and attentiveness they show the children, the fun and stimulating activities, the communication via app/email/phone, it’s all exceptional. We are beyond thrilled.

I absolutely love this preschool more now than before with a good heart! I have experienced horrible situations happening in other places and even my son got bullied in his last preschool. I came returning to this preschool after the virus and so glad I did! Ms. Shenell is my son Ryan teacher and she is so professional, smart, kind, and really teaches him everything he needs to do for preparation for Kindergarten next year! The staff up front is always kind and the school is very very clean. Great job and I highly recommend this school to anyone who is thinking about it!
