It took them a long time to figure out the problems as there were so many according to the computer. But it seems to be running good today . So far so good. They reset things for us which helped a great deal. So thank u Earnhardts
Tha staff were very professional and fast. I was seen quickly at the prescribed time. I actually looked up on the the Internet the replacement of the vehicle airbag and the first step was to disconnect the vehicle battery, which is standard when working on any electrical system on the vehicle. When I picked up my 2007 Toyota Corolla I noticed that my electrical system had not changed. The time on my clock was set at a certain time.. it almost looks like the battery was never disconnected.. Can I please get a explanation on how the service was able to be completed correctly without disconnecting the vehicle battery. Thank you.
When I arrived for my first service appointment for my new Toyota I was greeted with customer friendly personnel. While I was waiting all the staff I encountered was very friendly and polite and my vehicle was serviced in the time frame they promised Overall my experience was above my expectations.
