I recommend it for everyone, weather you're sick , stressed, or looking to get healthy, there's no better place to do all at once. As a business owner and a diabetic, this has helped me reverse my diabetes and help get rid of the stress! I recommend everyone to check this place out because they actually deal with the body, mind, and spirit. "Finding True Self" workshop helped me let go of my old stubborn self and my past. I feel like i got a new lease on life.

I so appreciate her advising me to attend the Finding True Self workshop because it was conducted so perfectly. I would advise everyone in Body and Brain Yoga to attend the workshop.
