We used Caliber through Progressive after a fender bender. They were great! Super nice. Daily updates. And our car was done early.

Amazing service, got my car in really fast. Took extra effort in getting my car back to me by picking me up and bringing me to the shop before the weekend. Really appreciated that and they made the whole process effortless

The work was perfect. Literally. Pricy. But you get what you pay for and this work was top notch. Only thing was I use my car to make s living (delivery/grocery shopper) and was told an estimate of 2 days to do the work and it ended up being 4 1/2. So that was tough having to way to make an income for 4 days vs 2 but I'm glad that at least when I got my car back it was done and the work was excellent. All the worker's were very nice including Judy the front desk person whom I called 5 times a day for updates for 4 days.

I had to get my back bumper replaced when someone hit my car while parked and picked the Main St location for repairs. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The repair was done quickly and looked great. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car back and it was cleaned. This place was just awesome and I would use for any future repairs!
