  Lucas Stark is a very Dedicated & conscientious technician. He worked late into the night 2 days this week to get our AC working again (had to wait for a part). It’s so nice to be cool again!!! Thank you Lucas & Magic Touch!

  Lucas Stark of Magic Touch mechanical is a pro who knows air conditioners inside out. He's very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my expensive new air conditioner with kit gloves including not putting any scratches on it. He fixed my air conditioner expertly. He walked gently on my old roof as well! He will also be coming a couple of times a year to maintain my air conditioner properly with preventative maintenance and cleaning. They're quick response time save me from having to spend a night in a hotel do to my unexpected air conditioner failure. Go with this company they are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. You'll be glad you did!

  A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to get hired on by Magic Touch mechanical. I'll give you a little bit of background.
  
  I went to the Refrigeration School Inc. (RSI) in Phoenix. During my studies there a couple of my instructors had strongly recommended applying for Magic Touch Mechanical. The reason? "They are an energy management company, not just a comfort solutions company." To me that meant I could learn a lot more than with any other company. Three weeks before I was to graduate I put an application in to be hired. Two weeks before my graduation I received a call to have an interview with the service manager Rick. The interview went well and as we were concluding he asked me if I had any questions. I pointed at my eyebrow stud and I asked "What is the company policy about piercings?" And Rick immediately responded "Leave it in, that's what makes you you." That was the instant that I knew this was a different sort of company to work for. They respect their employees enough to put themselves into our shoes. They know that a happy employee performs better and satisfies customers more completely than an unhappy one.
  
  Company culture comes from the top down, and Magic Touch Mechanical has set the bar high. I value my job because of the people that operate the company who make me feel valued.

  Magic Touch has been serving my AC units for over 15 years now and they’ve always been awesome. Lucas did my service this year and he was great! He explained everything. Made sure I understood what needed to be done and what could wait. Fast, efficient, and left no mess behind. Awesome service, as usual. Thanks!

  I don't write many reviews, but Jeremey W. definitely deserves one! He was extremely professional and spent after hours with us to fix our fireplace.
  
  When he first showed up he put booties on (even though he didn't have to) and help us troubleshoot our fireplace to the n'th degree. He was willing to work late and diagnosed the entire unit (Astria Sirius direct vent) to make sure everything was working properly, ended up fixing our fireplace just in time for a Christmas party. Highly recommended service!
