  I have purchased our last two RV trailers from Tom's Camperland. The Mesa location team is helpful and their service team is superb! I just had an issue with the jack and AC cover and they were able to fix these in less than 30 minutes even though it was 110 outside. I like company's with a great team, but when they stand behind their products, I will definitely keep coming back.

  My wife and I had been searching for a small but well equipped travel trailer for our family and we chose the Keystone Passport 175 BH. By the time we were ready to purchase, my wife is 8 months pregnant and of course we are in the middle of a pandemic, all of which posed very unique challenges to our purchase.
  After being not impressed at all with ANY of the dealers in Tucson where we live, I called Tom's Camperland in Surprise AZ. From the first phone call with Gary Watts and Heath I was impressed. Both of them were professional, accommodating, and actually sounded like they wanted to sell me an RV, something that the local dealers here in Tucson could not figure out. Gary secured VERY good financing for us, and Heath was well versed in all of the features of our new trailer and answered all of our questions.
  I communicated with Gary that I would need to keep pretty strict social distancing when I came to pick up our trailer due to my wife's pregnancy. When I came to pick up the trailer, the experience was amazing and honestly humbling. Everyone had a mask on, Gary had ALL of my paperwork organized and prepared for an expedient transaction. It was the easiest and most professional purchase I have ever made.
  What left the biggest impression on me is the amount of respect that Gary Watts, Heath, and all of the folks at Toms' Camperland showed me and my family throughout our purchasing experience. Through their exemplary customer service, and genuine respect for me and my family as customers, they have earned my business for life. Thank you!

  We were on the market for a teardrop camper for years. We visited this store so many times over the years to the point that Mike, one of the sales guys, recognized us. They were always very friendly and helpful and trying to help us find just the right trailer for our family without ever trying to push us to buy anything. Finally we found the right trailer at the right price and their customer service was incredible throughout the entire process. Andy worked his magic to make sure we could put our rooftop tent on top of our t@g and add a four bike rack and hitch extension that would take it all. I absolutely recommend them for their customer service and ability to custom fit our trailer.
