(March 9, 2021, 1:47 pm)We've gone here several times since they opened this location and we've had a very good experience each time. Competent service and fair pricing is all I expect from tire shops, but these guys and gals go the extra mile and provide courteous, friendly, and professional service.
I've taken a wheel I bought somewhere else and a tire I bought somewhere else, and asked them to mount and balance it and test the TPMS sensor. They did that quickly and efficiently while I waited and charged only $20. I was impressed enough by that service to purchase a set of four tires for my wife's car. A few months after purchasing the tires from Big O, she got a puncture that I couldn't plug. Big O Tires replaced the damaged tire at no cost under their road hazard policy with no questions asked and no hassles.
So far they've continued to earn our business and recommendations. We all have a platform these days to pass on our good and bad experiences... you'd think more businesses would understand the impact and importance of customer satisfaction, but many don't seem to care.
Clearly, at least from our personal experience, Big O Tires in Falcon does understand the importance of customer service and is working hard to provide excellent service at fair prices. -

(February 11, 2021, 6:28 pm)You never know just how good your mechanic is until something goes wrong! Let's face it, there are a million moving parts even in simple jobs. Forget ONE thing & the car lets you know! (When's the last time you forgot something? I screwed up my coffee this morning, ha!)
I had an issue with an oil change. I called Big O Falcon from Castle Rock when my check engine light turned on. They went above and beyond in a BIG way -- offering to find a Big O close to me, offering advice for what to do right then, making sure I got things fixed, and even following up with a phone call to be sure things were OK.
I drove back to Big O Falcon the next day. They checked the engine over to be sure I hadn't done any other damage & have given me a free oil change for the next time. Oh, and they apologized as well! Classy!
I will go back! Thanks for your great handling of my issue! -

I'm hesitant to leave reviews but after a couple of years they have earned it. I will recommend you to my neighbors and friends.

(December 22, 2020, 1:19 pm)they replaced my tires and struts on my Audi Q4 in November. It was much less expensive then I was quoted at the dealer and other places in Falcon. I also brought my daughters Outback for tires and a timing belt kit. The tech was very knowledgeable and I felt that everyone was honest even when it was something they could have charged me for. I'm impressed will be back.

Cameron knows something about every issue you have. Matt is the best person to see about a lift kit and wheels. Scott knows what your vehicle needs as soon as you tell him what kind of car. (January 6, 2020, 1:04 pm)We usually don't stay at La Quinta hotels but after this experience think we might need to change our hotel choices. The hotel was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and really nice layout. Bathroom was good size, Had a nice desk with charging ports and power plug in the room. The decor and outlook was very pleasant.
Breakfast was busy but the food was pretty standard for hotels but all was good. This location got full points because they did not have a extra pet charge. We have been traveling for about a week now and this hotel was the cleanest, nicest room layout we have seen and the least expensive we have stayed at.
Exterior we were comfortable taking he dog out for a walk. Good parking and well lit.
We will be coming back to this place. -

(September 15, 2019, 9:59 am)I stayed here for one night and it was fine. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was large and had adequate charging ports for gadgets. I like the fact that the room had its own foyer. The bathroom was a good size as was the closet area to stow luggage. The bed was comfortable and the window treatments blocked the sun/light so I woke rested. They do have a complimentary breakfast, but I did not eat anything. The best part of this hotel was the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful and the stay was affordable in relation to other hotels in the area. I would not hesitate coming back. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the elevator was super slow.
