Starr cleaning was quick to set up an appointment and gave us an accurate quote over the phone. Everyone I was in contact was very friendly and efficient. Zane came out today and was very friendly, quick and efficient, he made us aware of any problems we might have and what to expect without making us worry. The tile and carpet looks great! Highly recommend this company.

If I could give them a higher score, I would. I was extremely impressed with this group -- everything from scheduling the appointment until the time the technician left. I had my shower and bathroom tile floor redone. The people that did this work left in a very dirty condition, covered in grout. The tile was not sealed and flaked off when you touched it. I tried to clean it, and had my cleaning lady try to clean it, but our best efforts did not make a dent in the amount of dirt on the tile. Raul cleaned it up so that you can see your reflection in the porcelain tile. I couldn't be happier. These people have a strong work ethic, appear to be honest, trustworthy, and actually care about making the customer happy.

This was my first time using Starr Cleaning for my apartment carpet and my little area rug. Between my teenagers and little dog, it was just time to get it cleaned and smelling fresh again. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important to me. I will definitely be using them again for my annual carpet cleaning!

I can't say enough good good things about this company. They responded right away and got me on the schedule. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Raul showed up right on time and was so professional and courteous. He did an a wonderful job on all areas. I am very pleased with my service.

Zane arrived on time to clean our tile floors. He was very careful to make sure everything was the same as when he found it. Not sure how long it had been since the last cleaning but it looks great now. Very happy with the service and the price. There was no attempt to sell up once he was in the house. We are very happy with all aspects of our relationship with Starr Cleaning!
