  I wasn't sure about this place at first. I showed up for an earlier appointment to donate whole blood after checking online first to see if it was still available (it was). At first they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Once we got past that it was a really good experience. I got very nauseous and nearly passed out at the end of the donation. Kiki responded quickly and stayed very calm while she helped me out. She was very good and center was really nice.

  Had a great experience at this location. Staff was helpful and courteous. There was an issue with drawing from my veins at first, but they asked for additional help from other nurses versus bruising the needle site. I will definitely return and have already scheduled a platelet donation for two weeks later.

  Wonderful staff. I have "deep veins" and it's always a chore at the doctor's office to give blood for labs. They have lots of experience here, so finding a good vein was simple with their tricks of their trade. Think about donating platelets to help the special cases.
