  I've been working with Chris for the past several months and he's really helped me. His total workouts (nutrition and fitness) are GREAT! Would recommend the program and Chris to anyone!

  He is really patient, motivating, and this is the first time in my life the i look forward to working out. Every workout seems like it gets harder. I've notice such huge difference in my strength. I came in being able to barely to hold myself up to now I'm doing pushups.

  I love this place and I always look forward to my workouts with Chris. He's patient and motivating and pushes me to always work hard. The workouts are challenging and always tailored to what I need. I'm so happy with my results so far and can't wait to keep seeing my body change.

  I have been training with Chris about 7 months now. He is an incredible trainer because of his patience and individual attention. He does not expect everyone who walks through his door to be a professional athlete but he does treat them with the same respect. He caters to your current skill level and builds you up from there. He also will give you a personalized nutrition plan that helps you maintain the path to your goal. Do not expect any session to be a piece of cake but don't expect it to be so difficult that you want to quit. He is very good at striking a balance for each person that comes to him for help.
