“The pastor really cares about you and it shows he spends one on one time praying with each car that comes to the food pantry every Saturday morning. The lady the runs the food pantry is very mean and rude and doesn't feel like a women of God and doing God's work. It seems she feels like it is her food that she is giving out. Thank goodness for the rest of the volunteers and the pastor or it would be . Even harder to go there to ask for help for food. No one wants to have to go and ask for food. I work 2 jobs and still don't have money to buy food. I am grateful for the help but hate being treated like the lady treats people. I think her name is Linda. Thank you pastor for all you do and taking the time to pray with me every Saturday.”

“My husband and I have been members of St Bridget's for more than 6 years and have always felt the welcoming spirit of this church. It's truly a Christian community! We are both over 65 and are winter residence in Mesa. For those who criticize our presence you should realize that while we are here, we shop in the area shops, we support local restaurants and theaters as well a charities and we pay taxes. In response to the comment someone made about asking for money, churches just like all of us have expenses; utilities, upkeep, payroll, etc. Without the financial commitment of those who worship they could not exist. I ask neighbors to be patient and understanding when Sunday morning comes, especially times like Christmas and Easter. We will do our part by respecting your neighborhood. I personally invite you to come and join us. We are a multigenerational, inclusive church and welcome all.”
