“Damaged my passenger front quarter panel in an accident with a substantial deductible that I couldn’t afford and figured my 1 year old car was ‘just like this now.’ John (Dad) approached me in a Safeway parking lot and told me what this family business does- Cover the deductible Cover the loaner car Fix the car via your insurance I was skeptical, but information is free, so 2 weeks later I scheduled an appointment. Nick was waiting for me and couldn’t have been kinder. An unassuming shop, clearly as Mom n Pop as it gets. He explained how they work- they own both the rental company and the body shop, so one hand feeds the other. They know the insurance guys, contacted them, and had me contact the assessor. Drove me down the street, gave me a loaner car. 11 days later my car is back to bran new, $0 out of pocket. Ronnie Nick and John gave me the best, genuine, and kind customer service I’ve ever experienced in vehicle work. I can’t recommend these guys enough, and I wish I could find more words to say to anyone in their ethic and execution. If your car is damaged call these guys FIRST and let them get to work!!!”

And this store has a good reputation for customer service. The employees are always there to help you when you need it. This store has always been a fun and happy place to come to. “I came into the store expecting to pick up some balloons and fill them myself, but to save time decided to ask them to fill them. I ended up buying 27 balloons and Andrea was so friendly and helpful. She didn't hesitate to do it for me even and kept a great attitude the whole time. Even while assisting me she was answering other customers questions and asking them if she could help them. She knows where everything in that store is. “WOW! I went to all the big store names looking for tuxedos for my wedding. Let me tell you if you are reading this. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! The staff here is polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They do not try and upsell you. Make sure what you have is on time and don't have to return the day after the event. They know you are probably going to be hungover. Haha. After returning the Tuxedos they inform you if you want to keep that receipts and you have 1 year to come back and buy a suit or the same tuxedo. Well I came back and bought a suit for a phenomenal price. They deserve all the business they get and more. Do yourself a favor quit reading and go find out for yourself how amazing they are! Thank you to all the staff and the fast reliable service you all provide. Cost is also amazing tuxedo rental was around $180.00 and the suit I ended up buying after discounts and alterations was about $135.00. I already said quit reading this and go down there! But, if you still are reading this write a review with your experience. I promise it will be a good one. One happy groom/husband”

“Want to learn something new? I recommend getting the merit badge booklets from here. They are GREAT if you are home schooling. In fact I was just in a bar recently and I went up to this group of people who were snapping photos. I walked up and said "Hey! Let me help ya'll out! I have the photography merit badge". They happily obliged and gave me an outdated I-phone and I worked by magic. All thanks to the Boy Scouts of America.”
