“Dr. Colleen is someone I worked with many years ago. He's very kind and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment on the phone, giving them the necessary information, including my insurance info. Upon arriving at my appointment I was greeted by a woman who looked and sounded very tired. She informed me that they didn't have the appropriate referral from my primary care provider. I asked her why no one had called to inform me about needing a referral. Her response was that they are short staffed. Having been a nurse for a very long time, I know you never give patients that excuse. I explained that this could have all been avoided had someone called me to inform me that I needed a referral. I called my primary and they sent the referral right over. Afterward, the same front desk lady was pleasant when I paid my copay.”

“Doctor Gonzales did my sinus surgery Nearly 20 years ago. He had to clean up after the prior surgeon did a lousy job. Fixed my septum and removed my ethmoid sinus. Along with a lot of polyps and Scar tissue. He told me then I would likely need to have my sinuses cleaned up about every 10 years. It's been 20 and I still have no issues. Absolutely incredible surgeon and awesome bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”
