“Dr. Dashant Kavathia joins the list of excellent doctors that have provided care for me in the East Valley of metro Phoenix. I visited the Chandler Office where the front office staff was friendly and helpful, starting when I first booked the appointment, continuing the day of the appointment, and the times I called back after the appointment. The staff person who took me back for vitals, etc was also nice, friendly, and professional. Dr. Kavathia, as others have said, has excellent "bedside manner." He listened well to my complaints and discussed with me what his initial impressions were as well as the tests we needed to do to further delineate the cause of my problem. Even more impressive, Dr. Kavathia called me back to discuss my results to date as well as suggest additional tests that could be helpful. Lupe is his nurse/medical assistant and she too is an excellent communicator who I spoke with several times in between my initial evaluation and my follow up. Bottom line is that I recommend this doctor and his office staff very highly. PS: I also have to give a shout out to the woman who did the pulmonary function testing at this location. It isn't the most pleasant test in the world (at least not for me) but she made it a lot more tolerable with her clear instructions and nice personality. (Apologies that I can't remember her name or the name of the staff person who did the vitals).”
