“This review is several years late but I was so grateful for Dr. Brass-Jones and the entire True Harmony staff. I stumbled upon them while calling around in December frantically needing to talk about the option of ablation before my insurance ran out (after several years of issues and a couple of other Drs). The staff was helpful at reaching out to my insurance company and getting me seen ASAP to determine if that was the right procedure for me. Dr. Brass-Jones was caring and informative during my several visits. The staff was efficient, professional, and kind. The office is home-y and clean but non-sterile feeling. “Saw Dr. Hirsch yesterday for my 6 week followup appt (ACDF surgery). The wait time has improved tremendously. For the most part, my surgery went well. “He is such a fantastic surgeon! I was walking my "new" pound puppy and she was terrified. I turned around to take her home and she tripped me. I fell on my right wrist, shattering it. Dr. Bastian was very reassuring. I had 2 plates and 7 or 8 screws put in my wrist. I heard so many nightmare stories about surgery and recovery, and let me tell you , even though I was told my wrist would never be the same, I did all the therapy and work I was told to do and my hand is perfect with no problems! I ended up needing several surgeries on my left hand after that and of course I had Dr. Bastian do them. He is a really wonderful , kind man. I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Been coming here for basic medical stuff since I turned 18 and had to find a family practitioner instead of a pediatrician. It all began with Christina Cousins PA who sadly left this office. She was the most amazing person. A newer practioner named Dana Smith FMNP-C, is now my primary care provider. She too is thorough, caring, and makes sure you're questions and concerns are answered. Not only have my two providers been amazing but the front desk ladies are always having fun but maintaining a professional attitude. Wonderful staff. The Lab technician Chelsea was also very caring and understanding during my last blood test. Will continue to come here for my medical needs until it proves itself otherwise! Would be 5 stars, however never have I came here and they not be pretty behind on appointments. However seeing how busy these doctors are, if you want good care, wait it out if you can. It's worth it.”

“I was a patient of Debra's for a few years. I had been through a lot and had various diagnoses over the years and she was able to get to the bottom of things. She genuinely cared and took the time to understand all of my issues. Unfortunately I moved out of state and had a horrible experience with a new provider who messed everything up and then refused to see me further when I told them I felt the worst I had in years, completely undoing all of the progress I made.
