A few months after I had to exchange my new controller when the joy stick stuck and it was exchanged with no hassle. Kindness goes along way with people and Emma did everything possible to make sure I had a great experience.I've noticed that people who had a bad experience write a whole paragraph about it and those that had a positive one only write a couple words...
